The HEP-Test-Q questionnaire was developed in the context of the Haemophilia & Excercise project as a cooperation between Dr. Sylvia von Mackensen, Institute of Medical Psychology, University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf, Hamburg, Germany and Prof. Hilberg, Institute of Sports Medicine, University of Wuppertal, Germany. Both cooperation partners are contact persons in case of questions related to the HEP-Test-Q.
